It is one of my all-time favorites of Sawyer Bennettโs and I cannot get enough of it. Since the end of Malik's story in Code Name: Ghost I have been dying to get my hands on this story. Cage is former Navy Seal and now a member of Jameson Force Security. The book begins back at the beginning of Code Name: Ghost and Cage is seeking a place to drown his sorrows after the emotional turmoil he goes through recovering Malik. There he meets Jamie. The chemistry and fireworks between Cage and Jaime upon first meeting was instant and their chemistry just burned off the pages. The story and plot is fast paced and I could not put it down. I adored Jaime. She has a kind heart, a strong personality and goes after what she wants. She comes from a close loving family and is a social worker and works with domestic violence victims. Cage is a former playboy that doesnโt know what to do now that he has met the girl of his dreams and the little problem that he has created for himself by deceiving her from the beginning lying to her about his career. I understood Cageโs hesitancy but I was also frustrated with him and how he handled a few things. As always in this series there is suspense and mystery to uncover and the twist and turns kept me guessing. I love the family created amongst the Jameson crew. They are a supportive bunch and I cannot get enough of these characters.

Truth in Pieces is an incredible follow up novel to Hell Hath No Fury. That book blew me away. I am still not over it. Truth in Pieces was equally as good. It has all the same elements, dark, gritty, suspense and an intense and passionate love story.
Nico Alcanzar is the leader of the biggest's drug cartel in Miami. He is a protector, but he is also ruthless and deadly.
Olivia Wright is a professor. She leads a quiet life until one day when Nico shows up in her house uninvited. Olivia doesnโt know what to think at first but as he reveals truths about her that even she didnโt know she canโt help but trust the man and follow his word.
Olivia has a painful past. I really loved Nicoโs protective nature over her. He knew exactly the right moments to give her a push or nudge in the right direction and the chemistry between was evident from the beginning. Such addictive and intense sexual chemistry too! I loved it.
This is one truly EPIC story. I was blown away by the secrets and lies and all the build up and trying to figure it all out. The twists and turns were endless and just when I thought I had figured things out BAM the author threw a curveball at me! I could not put this down from beginning to end until all was revealed. This book is romance suspense GOLD and I highly recommend it.

RC Boldt enjoys long walks on the beach, running, reading, people watching, and singing karaoke. If you're in the mood for some killer homemade mojitos, can't recall the lyrics to a particular 80's song, or just need to hang around a nonconformist who will do almost anything for a laugh, she's your girl.
Secretly hooking up with the team captain's sister was a bad idea.
In my defense, the first time I saw her I didn't know who she was.
Kind, gorgeous, a little naรฏve. Ginny brightened my world from day one.
I knew I was no good for her. She was just out of a relationship and I had a reputation for having a new girl in my bed every weekend.
I tried to do the right thing. Honest.
I'm the one who insisted we should be just friends.
That lasted about as long as you'd expect.
But Ginny? She's the best--best friend, best everything.
So yeah, hooking up with the team captain's sister wasn't a great idea.
Would I do it again?
In a heartbeat.
My thoughts on Secret Puck

Rebecca Jenshak writes the best sports romance, so when I heard she was going to be writing a hockey series I couldn't wait to read it. Secret Puck hits all my favorite tropes. It is a hockey romance, friends to lovers, brotherโs friend and roommate romance.
Ginny has just arrived at Valley U for her freshman year. She doesn't know anyone, except her hockey player brother, Adam. Ginny is getting over a bad breakup and dating someone new is not at all on her radar in her first year. Ginny starts to get to know her brotherโs friends and hockey teammates but he has warned them all to stay away from her. She is particularly intrigued by Heath and is very drawn to him. She finds him attractive and canโt look away. Heath is a driven, focused hockey player. He has a bit of reputation with the ladies but he isnโt looking to settle down either as he doesnโt have time for their distraction from his NHL dreams.
I loved Heath and Ginny. They try to be friends at first but there is a much deeper connection and they are both insanely attracted to one another. They embark on a secret relationship and I just adored them. Their playful banter, chemistry and sweet moments were the best. I found the fact that this is a sports romance in a college setting with low drama/angst very appealing and refreshing. Donโt get me wrong I love my angsty reads but this was on the sweeter side and I loved that too and you donโt often find that in a college setting.
New adult romance readers will love this book. It has a little bit of everything. I found it to be an easy read and one that I couldnโt put down once I got into it.
Overall this is a sweet, low angst read and just what I needed. I am looking forward to more in this series to come.

The inner turmoil he is going through when it comes to his labels for himself and his snarky remarks donโt go unnoticed and what happened between him and his parents? What is he is hiding underneath his beautiful face and body? The emotional turmoil he is going through really got to me and I need to know ASAP! There is definitely more to him to uncover I just know it. There is so much drama, and angst happening here! The sexual tension was off the charts at all times. Whom belongs to whom is never clear because of how confused each are. Lines are getting blurred and boundaries crossed and I am DYING for the conclusion to this complicated, angsty story! K. Webster and Nikki Ash make up an incredible writing duo. Each writing style different but perfectly complimenting at the same time.
