Say it’s Forever is the second book in AL Jackson’s Redemption Hills Series. What a story! My heart took such a beating while experiencing this incredible story. I have not felt such big FEELS like this in a very long time! It is a rollercoaster of epic proportions and consumed from beginning to end. There is suspense, emotion, angst and a pretty epic plot twist that stunned me and am STILL thinking about. The beauty, the pain, the redemption, the love these characters experience together is so incredibly written.
Jud has demons. He has managed to escape the MC life that his father brought him and his brothers up in. However at a cost because it has left him with some deeply routed emotional scars. He battles them everyday but has found solitude in his shop restoring motorcycles. I adored Jud. Deep down he is the ultimate protector, and when pushed he will do anything it takes to keep his loved ones safe. Underneath his gruff, bulky exterior is a man with an enormous heart and meeting Salem was just the balm he needed to heal and mend.
Salem is strong and courageous. She has come out of some really horrendous circumstances always looking over her shoulder and doing whatever she has to, to protect herself and daughter. Having said that she would love nothing more than to plant roots and stay in one place but she is panicked and scared about the possibility of what staying could mean for not only her physical safety but her heart as well. Salem’s daughter Juniper aka Juni Bee was the most adorable loveable kid. I loved her innocence and honesty.
Salem and Jud have such a unique, special connection. They are battling similar hurts, fears and pain but they also have the most explosive chemistry. There was no stopping the pull they had to one another.
Joe Arden and Andi Arndt blew me away with their performances of Jud and Salem. Joe with his gruff, sexy voice gave me shivers in those intimate moments and cracked my heart in two during the real, raw honest emotional ones. Andi Arndt does a fantastic job displaying the many sides to her characters emotions. Passion, fear, pain, and love. I felt it all. I cannot imagine a better pairing than these two narrators to bring Salem and Jud’s story to life. I highly recommend it!

Last Resort is a steamy, heartfelt story that I devoured and loved. Sutton and Callahan's chemistry was instant and scorching hot from the moment they meet. Neither have any intention on seeing the other again after one steamy hookup, but their paths were about to cross again much sooner than either of them thought, as Callahan is part owner of Sharpe International. The company Sutton has just been hired to consult on a new project.
As we are introduced to Sutton, she is coming out of an toxic relationship. She has lost her confidence, her way and ability to put herself first. However, she is a strong and courageous woman, and recognizes this and wants better for herself. She is intelligent, driven and career-focused. I also admired her tenacity and strength.
What I loved about Callahan is his persistency. He is a big catalyst in getting Sutton back to her true self. The confidence she gained is immeasurable and I loved her growth so much. Callahan has never been a one-woman man, and is thrown off by how drawn to Sutton he is. I loved seeing him fumble through his feelings as the pull to Sutton became stronger and stronger. As the two begin working together, the build-up and intensity of their attraction to one another was fantastic. They know they should not be together and should keep their relationship to a professional level but the pull is just too hard to fight. I loved their banter and how cohesively they worked together in their work setting as well as romantically. Last Resort was an excellent start to the S.I.N. Series. This new series will feature three identical triplets in each book, and I am already looking forward to the next brother to get his HEA.

After reading an ARC of this book I loved it so much I couldn’t wait to hear the story again narrated by Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter. Stella was the perfect voice for Sutton. She delivers a flawless emotional performance emphasizing the many layers to her characters feelings as she is on this journey of discovering herself again. I loved Aaron as Callahan as well. He has a gruff sexy growl that is pleasing to the ear during those steamy scenes, but can also deliver on his characters vulnerabilities that brings a deeper level of emotion. I loved it and highly recommend the audiobook!

She is mourning him, but is strong and determined to gain back her life and return to some normalcy and turns to Liam, Derrick’s best friend and cousin. Liam is Kennedy’s rock. His is strong for her, when she cannot be, he is supportive and patient and as she works through her grief. The romance between Kennedy and Liam is slow burn but the pacing and timing was perfect for their journey. There is a forbidden aspect to it, so rushing it would have felt unnatural and unrealistic to their story. Lee Daniels and Tyler Darby’s voices were perfect bringing Kennedy and Liam’s story to life. Their pacing, pitch and tone was perfect. Their storytelling is natural and flowed well. Both Lee and Tyler are new to me narrators and I will be looking out for more stories narrated by this duo in the future.

How is it after nine books I STILL can never get enough of Sarina Bowen's Brooklyn Bruisers World! Shenanigans is Neil and Charli's story and I devoured and loved every moment of it. Sarina writes her heart out in this story. I could feel that so much with this couple. Things may start off as an oopsie Vegas wedding but just like the title suggests, let the Shenanigans begin!
Charli is fiercely independent, albeit stubborn at times but I adored her. She has had some hard knocks in life, struggles with trust, has some tough family drama going on and now finds herself with a new husband on top of all that.
Neil may have just risen to the top of one of my favorite Sarina Bowen heroes ever. Not only is he a successful professional hockey player, he is also comes from a wealthy family but you would never know that with how down to earth he is. He is sweet, charming, and caring. He adores Charli and genuinely wants to make her happy even given their circumstances.
Listening to this story by two of my favorite narrators was an absolute treat. I ADORE their voices paired together. Vanessa absolutely nails Charli's strong but vulnerable side and Jason was fantastic at portraying Neil's fun loving side, and protective nature.
The story is seriously the perfect package. Heartwarming, angst, emotion, feels, non-stop laughter and a number of scorching hot scenes I will not soon forget. That limo ride is one for the record books!

After my last romance turned into a dumpster fire, I did the only reasonable thing - I swore off men for all of eternity. BDE captured me from the first sentence until the last. I just adored Elles and Ethan’s story! I have come to love Kim Loraine’s cowboys and falling for her big bulky sexy British hockey player was no surprise. She writes the swooniest heroes!!
Elles has had some unpleasant experiences with men in the past. She has deemed them all to be “douchebags” and has no intention of connecting with anyone on the dating app her best friend set her up on. But, fate has other plans for her after one too many martini's and she is messaging @BigDeckEnergy not hesitating at all to tell him how she really feels about men like him.
Ethan, a sexy pro hockey player had no interest in connecting with anyone on the app either. However, he is being pressured by a social media campaign to match with someone when he is slammed with the bold and witty messages from Elles and cannot help but engage with her and responds. So begins their flirty, fun, banter via DM.
Shane East and Stella Hunter narrate this story in duet and I loved every minute of it. They bring this story alive with their animated voices, flirty text exchanges, laugh out loud banter and scorching hot chemistry. I can never get enough of Shane’s British accent but he also does a variety of other accents from his teammates that I loved as well. Stella as Elles was fantastic. Her personality is confident, feisty and sweet and she did a phenomenal job portraying her.
This is a super fun, light, heartwarming listen. It is low on angst and high on heart and heat and I highly recommend it! I am looking forward to Savage and Becca’s story next!
